This role is pivotal in enhancing our understanding and engagement with our academic community. As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll be instrumental in collecting, analyzing, and meticulously entering data about faculty, students, and professionals within our network into our knowledge base.This is an opportunity to contribute to the growth of our academic community while expanding your own knowledge and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities * Evaluate and collect data to bolster institutional knowledge and reporting capabilities. * Discriminate between pertinent and non-pertinent information to ensure the integrity of our database. * Input data regarding job affiliations and contact information into our management systems. * Collaborate with our team to ensure data accuracy and consistency.* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our academic community and its needs. * Provide exceptional customer service to our faculty, students, and professionals. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis. Preferred Qualifications * Over a year of relevant experience is an advantage. * Familiarity with bolthires Suite and Salesforce (or similar CRM software) is beneficial. * An understanding of, or interest in, classical liberal ideas is highly desirable. * Basic knowledge of Academic Research is a plus.* Experience working with databases and data management systems is a plus. CommitmentThis position requires a weekly commitment of approximately 25 hours. We're looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, and able to work independently.
