About the Role As a Help Professional at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, working directly with clients to ensure they're getting the most out of our products and services. Your role will involve a mix of customer care and technical expertise, including fixing soft drink fountain machines and performing routine maintenance tasks. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our products. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on fountain equipment according to company standards. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fountain equipment to ensure prompt resolution. Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition to prevent downtime. Relocate equipment to perform mechanical services, including preventative maintenance, programming, and corrective actions. Provide exceptional customer service, working collaboratively as a team player to deliver client-centric solutions. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School diploma or equivalent degree/certification. A valid driver's license, with a clean driving record. A technical aptitude for fixing machines, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. The ability to lift 50 pounds, with a good physical stamina to perform tasks that require manual labor. Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, having a Bachelor's degree can be an added advantage. Additionally, experience in customer support, technical troubleshooting, or a related field can be beneficial.
