**Job Summary:**
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to join our team during evening hours. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by resolving product or service issues, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve issues, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. This part-time position is perfect for those who enjoy problem-solving and have a passion for serving customers.

**Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve them promptly
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
* Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed solutions
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
* Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
* Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
* Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
* Proficiency in using technology and software applications

**Preferred Experience:**

* Previous customer service experience would be a significant advantage
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
