As a Part Time Customer Support and Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical services, troubleshooting, and repairing our equipment, as well as providing exceptional customer support to our clients. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to blithequark standards Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with soft drink fountain equipment Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and cosmetic repairs Provide exceptional customer support and service to our clients, working collaboratively to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction Work flexibly, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as required Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent degree/certification Valid driver's license Technical aptitude to repair machines Ability to lift 50 pounds Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as required Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Previous experience in customer support or technical service Knowledge of refrigeration equipment and soft drink fountain machines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Technical skills : ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, knowledge of refrigeration systems and soft drink fountain machines Customer service skills : excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with clients to resolve issues Problem-solving skills : ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, think critically and outside the box Time management skills : ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines Adaptability : flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing circumstances, and work collaboratively as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
