Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment in accordance with company standards Investigate and diagnose issues with fountain gear to ensure prompt resolution Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition to ensure optimal performance Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and corrective repairs Provide exceptional customer support and technical expertise to clients, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives Remain flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, customer service expertise, and physical abilities.
