About the Opportunity We are offering a 6-month contract position with likely extensions for the right candidate. As a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a remote opportunity that requires you to be based in North Carolina and work a scheduled 4-hour day, Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence: Answer incoming calls according to established procedures and performance standards, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. Work Order Management: Create work orders and capture structured data for each issue to provide audit trails and statistical analysis, ensuring that all customer interactions are thoroughly documented. Email Management: Process and respond to emails according to standard procedures, maintaining a high level of communication and customer satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Perform other team-specific tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support your colleagues. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Essential Qualifications: Effective Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions and provide exceptional customer service. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including SAP (or willingness to learn). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Payroll Processing Knowledge: Experience with payroll processing is an asset. SAP Experience: Prior experience with SAP is highly valued.
