Job Overview and Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing a world-class experience to our customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

Compassionately assisting customers with post-order issues, such as shipping questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications
Handling a high volume of contacts, approximately 50-60 calls per shift, in a fast-paced and highly organized environment
Meeting our superior performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction, succeeding in gathering client support productivity metrics, and other duties as assigned
Professionally connecting with customers, building relationships, and addressing concerns via inbound calls, chats, and emails
Listening effectively and showing empathy to understand customer concerns and leveraging internal resources to find the best solution
De-escalating customer concerns using peace promotion skills, aligning the needs of the customer with the options from the business while remaining calm and composed
Issue tackling and problem-solving, thinking critically to resolve customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach
Being educated and adaptable, navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly and accurately answer questions
Elevating foundational issues, identifying areas for improvement, and offering insights to leadership to continuously enhance the customer experience


Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and comprehend both languages
Familiarity with working in Windows Operating Systems or similar
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
A passion for helping others, with a customer-centric approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple contacts and prioritizing tasks effectively
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and find solutions


Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:

Bachelor's degree or higher
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
Knowledge of customer service software and technology, such as CRM systems and helpdesk tools
Experience working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, with a strong ability to adapt to new processes and procedures
