Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding prescriptions, products, and services, and providing accurate and helpful information. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges, and ensuring that customer transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolving complex customer issues. Managing and maintaining precise records and documentation, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date. Working independently in a remote environment, utilizing computer software and technology to manage customer interactions and complete tasks. Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Prior customer service experience is highly desirable, although not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members. Basic computer proficiency, with experience using relevant software and technology. The ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications We are looking for individuals with the following skills and competencies: Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service technologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately manage customer information and documentation. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
