We're now seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of arenaflex. **About the Role:** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in providing outstanding support and assistance to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. You'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering high-quality client service consistent with our standards and practices, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a fully remote position, and we'll provide you with all the necessary equipment, as long as you have your own high-speed internet. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices and maintain relationships with existing clients. * Respond to questions via phone in a call center environment, solving customer issues regarding employee benefits. * Research customer problems and process documents to resolve issues efficiently. * Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics. **Requirements:** * High school graduate. * Customer service experience. * Strong typing and basic computer skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment. **Nice to Have:** * A working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. * Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll. * Call center experience. **Compensation and Benefits:** At arenaflex, we offer a competitive salary, great teams, and exciting career opportunities, as well as a wide range of benefits.
