Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for answering a high volume of incoming phone calls and member-facing chats, providing information, and resolving issues related to our e-commerce platform, arenaflex.com. Your primary goal will be to deliver friendly, efficient, and effective support to our members, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. Key responsibilities include:

Answering phone calls and responding to member-facing chats in a timely and professional manner
Determining member needs and providing appropriate solutions, including answering general questions, researching complex situations, and resolving issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries
Using problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve order, product, and delivery issues, and advocating for members in a friendly and efficient manner
Operating as a liaison between arenaflex.com customers, vendors, buying, and operations staff to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
Utilizing multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats, demonstrating strong computer literacy and technical skills
Considering and offering compensations as necessary, ensuring fair and satisfactory resolutions for our members


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ecommerce Member Service Agent Certification after completion of a 14-day training course (provided by arenaflex)
Previous customer service experience preferred, with a strong background in delivering excellent communication, prompt, and friendly service
Proficiency in computer literacy, professional business writing, and typing (minimum 30 wpm)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including weekends and split days off
