Open ARR inquiries as needed and return phone calls once ARR is answered to resolve issues in one phone call
Report collection agency payments in a timely manner
Generate correspondence to resolve customer disputes
Document every phone call, ensuring accurate and detailed records
Accept and perform other work as assigned by the Customer Service Lead, Customer Service Supervisor, Regional Business Manager, or Executive Team
