Job Overview
In this role, you will be the face of arenaflex, responsible for ensuring that every interaction with our brand is met with a superior level of customer service. Your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional Judgement Free member experience, fostering a positive and inclusive environment that aligns with our core values. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting our unique fitness instruction classes, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a superior level of customer service to arenaflex members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
Answer phones in a friendly manner, utilizing information scripts to address member inquiries and concerns.
Greet members, sign up new members, and conduct tours, while logging amenities and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues with empathy and understanding.
Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members, highlighting the benefits and value of our programs.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and cleanliness.


Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with arenaflex's values and mission. The essential qualifications for this position include:

Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred, demonstrating a commitment to education and personal development.
Must be 18 years of age or older, with a mature and professional approach to work and customer interactions.
Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

Preferred qualifications include experience in the fitness industry, knowledge of customer service software and systems, and a certification in customer service or a related field.
