**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – Part-Time, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to incoming telephone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
* Utilizing knowledge of the arenaflex transportation system to provide accurate travel directions and information
* Communicating effectively with customers over the phone, in writing, and in person
* Utilizing various sources of information to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Troubleshooting smartphone applications and other technical issues
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Three (3) years of professional customer service experience
* One (1) year experience riding arenaflex transportation system
* One (1) year experience as a Customer Service Representative in a call center preferred
* Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Knowledge of the arenaflex transportation system, with one or more years' experience as a passenger of arenaflex services
* Skill in reading and interpreting maps and directions
* Ability to give accurate travel directions
* Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, in writing, and in person
* Ability to utilize numerous sources of paper and electronic information for solving customer inquiries
* Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products
* Ability to troubleshoot smartphone applications
