**Job Description**
As a Blended Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients across multiple accounts. You'll be the face of our company, handling inbound calls, emails, and chats with a smile (even when things get tough!). You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, gather and verify information, and document interactions in our CRM system.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple clients
* Follow a guided process to resolve customer issues
* Gather and verify customer information and document interactions in our CRM system
* Provide exceptional customer service, even in high-pressure situations
* Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
**Required Qualifications:**
* 1+ years of customer service experience
* Proven track record of success in a high-call-volume environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations
* Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills
* Ability to navigate multiple systems and troubleshoot technical issues
* Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot equipment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous call center experience
* Previous experience working remotely
* Basic technical support experience
**Job Requirements:**
* Must be available to train on weekdays
* Training takes place during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)
* Must have open availability 24/7 to work shifts inside our company's hours of operation
* Attendance is vital!
* A quiet place to work at home with a locked door (to prevent background noise on calls)
**Tech Requirements:**
* Desktop Windows computer (no Macs or Chromebooks)
* Processor: Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation) / AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation)
* 8GB RAM (16GB preferred)
* Dual monitor
* High-quality USB headset
* Hardwired internet connection at all times
* Minimum internet speeds:
+ 20Mbps download
+ 10Mbps upload
+ Less than 20ms ping stability
+ No Spectrum
**Pay and Benefits:**
* Pay rate: $13.00-$15.00 hourly (dependent on experience)
* PT sick time eligible after 6 months of employment
