Essential Qualifications
Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service setting, preferably in retail
Less than 1 year of experience interacting directly with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
Less than 1 year of experience identifying and resolving customer issues, collaborating with teams to address challenges, and finding solutions to improve customer satisfaction
Less than 1 year of experience managing time effectively, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely responses
Less than 1 year of experience building customer relationships and resolving customer objections
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
