Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat * Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner * Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access * Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records * Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction **Schedule** We're flexible and understand that life can be unpredictable.
