Essential Qualifications A compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills, able to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders. Someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities. Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices. At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences. Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools. Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
