Job Overview This part-time remote position offers a unique opportunity to work with a visionary brand, delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers across the country. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch service to customers who call our retail stores and responding to customer emails. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone and email Learn and utilize our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders, maintain customer relationships, and optimize the customer experience Collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments using internal communication software to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to optimize the customer experience Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries Who You Are We are looking for a self-motivated and creative individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you should be: A self-starter who takes ownership of your work and is proud of your accomplishments A creative and innovative problem solver who thinks outside the box to resolve customer issues A sensitive and skillful communicator who can adapt your tone and communication style to different audiences Eager to learn new technology systems and procedures to stay ahead of the curve Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining organized and attentive to detail Highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency Able to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision Excited to represent blithequark and facilitate meaningful customer interactions that drive loyalty and satisfaction Requirements To be successful in this role, you should: Be able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls Have a quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal noise and distractions Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT Be available to work evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided) Not be on the Office of Inspector Generalโ€™s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and development.
