As a key point of contact, you'll address student inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide students through program enrollment and completion. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional support to prospective and current students, addressing their inquiries, and troubleshooting issues * Acting as the first point of contact for students, building rapport, and delivering outstanding customer care * Monitoring student progress and engagement, identifying areas for improvement, and escalating complex concerns as needed * Assisting students with platform navigation and technical troubleshooting, ensuring seamless access to our educational resources * Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and progress, utilizing CRM systems and customer support tools * Collaborating with the team to plan and execute virtual student events and engagement initiatives, promoting student success and well-being **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 3-7+ years of experience in customer service, student support, or sales, preferably in an education or wellness-related field * Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer care * Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and customer support tools (Zendesk, live chat, email support) * Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment * A passion for health, wellness, and education is a plus * Bilingual in Spanish is a plus **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines * Proficiency in CRM systems and customer support tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies * Passion for health, wellness, and education, with a commitment to student success and well-being **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to supporting your professional growth and development.
