Job Summary We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time After School Programming Multi-Sport Youth Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you'll serve as a direct contact with kids and families, ensuring a safe and fun experience on the field. This is a part-time position with opportunities for advancement within the company. Key Responsibilities As a Part-Time After School Programming Multi-Sport Youth Coach, your key responsibilities will include: Serving as direct contact with kids and families to ensure a safe and fun experience on the field Planning practice drills using provided resources and curriculum Leading both kids and other coaches through program drills in a fun and engaging way Consistently moving on from one drill to the next to keep players engaged and identifying places where volunteers can fill in to prevent downtime Leading pre-game and post-game huddles that emphasize sportsmanship and mindfulness Knowing and leading field set up and clean up each week Providing guidance to volunteers if there are questions about drills/roles Providing support to volunteers if any issues arise with parents, players, or venues Jumping in as admin support if needed Reporting any player, parent, ref, coach issues to site lead Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: 1 year of coaching or teaching experience Availability from 3:45pm - 5:30pm, Monday - Thursday (flexibility is a plus) Ability to attend mandatory staff training Preferred Qualifications We'd love to see: Passion for sports and social activities Outgoing and ready to handle anything presented Punctual and professional What We Offer As a valued member of our team, you can expect: Competitive salary Opportunities for advancement within the company Flexible part-time schedule Chance to make a positive impact on the lives of young people Collaborative and dynamic work environment Work Environment and Company Culture At Volo Kids Foundation, we're committed to creating a healthy and safe workplace.
