Key Responsibilities: Drive Campaign Success Develop and Implement Paid Media Campaigns: Strategically create, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager, ensuring alignment with client objectives and maximizing ROI. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with media buyers and analysts to optimize campaign performance, leveraging insights from A/B testing and performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions. Analyze Campaign Data: Regularly analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and generate comprehensive reports that highlight successes and areas for improvement. Explore New Channels: Assist in broadening our platform reach by exploring additional channels, including Bing, Pinterest, and programmatic advertising, to amplify client impact. Foster Open Communication: Foster open communication and strategic collaboration with team members to deliver effective advertising solutions that meet client needs. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Minimum 2 Years of Experience: Proven experience in paid media, particularly with Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager, whether managing individual accounts or portfolios in-house or within an agency. Strong Analytical Capabilities: Hands-on experience in campaign management, ad purchasing, and strategic planning, with a strong analytical mindset. Excellent Communication Skills: Collaborative approach, thriving in a team-oriented setting with excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Other Advertising Platforms: Experience with other advertising platforms such as Bing or Pinterest is a plus.
