Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a package pickup and delivery environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and team members in a professional and courteous manner

Basic computer skills, with the ability to use our computerized system to track and manage packages
