Lead, supervise, and provide work direction to the Service Team in the store related to all cashiering, front-end, and recovery functions.
Provide feedback to store leadership regarding the team's performance and contribute to the development of strategies to improve customer service and operational standards.
Ensure compliance with customer service standards, front-end operations, and program requirements, including training and day-to-day operational tasks, such as recovery.
Provide leadership and direction to floor associates, ensuring that store, merchandising, and customer service standards are continuously met, including merchandise presentation, signage, recovery, and cleanliness.
Drive the customer experience and ensure resolution of customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain, supervise, and ensure compliance with the Hazardous Waste program, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills. The essential qualifications include:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum two years of retail management experience preferred, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving customer service excellence.
Ability to unload freight, move product on and off store shelves, walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods, and move freely throughout the store on a continual basis.
Availability to work a variable schedule of up to 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Basic English literacy, math, and PC skills required, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
