As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers with urgent needs. Your role will involve answering incoming calls, assessing customer needs, and dispatching technicians to job sites. * $18/hour + bonus (average of 45 hours per week)

**Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound calls from prospective and current customers
* Accurately entering customer and appointment information into ServiceTitan (CRM)
* Scheduling appointments
* Dispatching on-call technicians to urgent customer needs
**Preferred Qualifications**
While we're open to considering candidates from a variety of backgrounds, we're particularly interested in those with:
* Previous call center, customer service, or dispatching experience
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:
* Be willing to undergo a background check and drug test in accordance with state and federal law
* Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
**Schedule**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll work a 4-day week (Friday – Monday) from 7 PM – 7 AM. You'll have the flexibility to work from home 90% of the time, with in-office visits twice per month.
**Location**
Our office is located at 16360 Table Mountain Parkway, Golden, CO 80403. While you'll spend most of your time working from home, you'll need to be able to visit our office occasionally.
