Job Summary As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a high level of store appearance. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a fun and motivated team to achieve daily goals. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers, operate the cash register, and provide excellent customer service Make purchase suggestions and promote our products to customers Maintain a high level of store appearance, including restocking shelves and cleaning the store Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily goals and objectives Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance Interact with customers, respond to their queries, and resolve issues promptly Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and manage cash handling responsibilities Participate in visual merchandising and store displays Support the food program and other company initiatives Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Retail and customer service experience (sales associate or cashiering experience preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overnight and weekends Preferred Qualifications: We prefer candidates with: Previous experience in a customer-facing role Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software Ability to lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities What We Offer: At Blithequark, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, vision, dental, and life insurance Short-term and long-term disability insurance Flexible schedules and weekly pay 401(k) plan with a competitive company match Flexible spending and health savings accounts Paid comprehensive training Opportunities for career growth and advancement Our Culture: At Blithequark, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
