Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently to ensure customer satisfaction Navigate multiple software applications, including Windows and Microsoft, to access customer information and resolve issues Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide personalized support Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment 6 months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple software applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 6 months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions Verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
