Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls during overnight shifts, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution, providing accurate and detailed information about our products and services. Process orders and payments accurately, ensuring that all transactions are completed efficiently and effectively. Provide information about products, services, and promotions, up-selling and cross-selling as opportunities arise. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions. Document all interactions and transactions in our customer service system, ensuring that accurate records are kept. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience preferred, but not essential. Ability to work independently during late-night hours, with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and active listening abilities, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address customer concerns effectively and efficiently. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment. Familiarity with customer service software and technology. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
