**Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Call Taker (Customer Service Representative) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Answering, screening, and directing calls for the entire company in a timely and efficient manner
* Distinguishing the need for emergency transportation and pre-arranging transport for facilities while determining the level of care needed for patients
* Arranging specialty and critical care transportation as required
* Providing information and assistance for customer service inquiries as needed
* Communicating with multiple departments and EMS personnel to ensure seamless service delivery
* Providing supportive information to customers to assist them in arranging appropriate transport
* Developing effective solutions for customer service issues
* Directing calls to the Flight desk as appropriate
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A pleasant, professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Typing skills of 30 wpm or better
* The ability to excel in a high-stress environment and adapt to frequently changing policies
* A medical background is a plus, and EMD certification will be required within 1 year of employment
