As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to members who may qualify for case management. As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that members receive the care and attention they need, while also representing blithequark's commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Making a high volume of outbound calls (60+ calls per day) to high and moderate priority members who may qualify for case management. Receiving and managing work assignments through Excel, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks. Reaching out to 30 new members daily, making three separate outreach attempts at different times and days within the designated timeframe. Providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding when interacting with members. Utilizing basic software skills, including ERP and CRM systems, to manage customer interactions and update records. Adapting to changing priorities and workflows, while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or related industry. A high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with members. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems. Strong typing skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of outbound calls. Experience with CRM and ERP systems is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Certified Financial Service Auditor or related certification. Experience in customer relationship management and sales. Previous experience working in a call center environment. What We Offer blithequark offers a competitive hourly rate of $24.5 - $25 per hour, depending on experience. The role is scheduled for a first shift, 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday to Friday.
