About the Role We're looking for a seasoned OCM Leader to help drive the successful implementation and adoption of software development projects. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, leveraging your expertise to maximize user adoption, engagement, and proficiency. Your ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership to frontline workers, will be essential in minimizing risk and achieving business results. This hybrid remote opportunity is based in Omaha, NE, and requires a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in IT communications, program management, or project management. Key Responsibilities Design and execute a change management strategy and plan to drive user adoption, engagement, and proficiency, while minimizing overall risk and ensuring business results are achieved. Lead and facilitate project discovery to understand the change for each business area, define change management requirements, assess business impact, and identify areas of potential resistance. Develop actionable deliverables for core components of the change management strategy and plan, including communications plans, sponsor plans, people manager plans, and training plans. Lead key OCM activities to support change planning, managing, and sustainment of outcomes, including readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and coaching executive sponsors. Build knowledge, relationships, and credibility quickly within the project team and business, serving as an advisor to junior OCM project team members and guiding executive sponsor communications. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, project management, or IT communications, with a proven track record of successful change management initiatives. At least 5 years of experience in a similar lead OCM role, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint creation. Change management certification, with Prosci certification highly desirable. Hands-on consulting experience, with the ability to lead by example and partner with stakeholders to deliver value. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a hybrid remote environment, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team. Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or other project management methodologies, with experience working on large-scale software development implementations. Advanced degree in business administration, organizational development, or a related field, with a strong understanding of business operations and organizational change management principles.
