Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Order to Cash Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for processing orders, handling returns, providing excellent customer service, and offering basic technical support to our customers and resellers. This role will be a remote position with the option to work out of our Eagan, MN location, and you will be expected to work a schedule of Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm Central Time after the training period.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Order Processing:

Process all purchase orders from customers via phone, fax, email, and other channels
Verify all information is correct and complete, ensuring accuracy in entering purchase orders
Proactively contact appropriate parties (customers, sales, account management) to find missing or incomplete information
Research customer shipping issues and provide prompt resolution
Accept credit card payments


Returns Processing:

Ensure timely and accurate order returns processing


Customer Service & Technical Assistance:

Provide professional, courteous service to customers, resolving issues on first contact whenever possible
Assist customers with billing, shipping, and/or returns issues, ensuring resolution to customer satisfaction
Assist customers with the use of products, including basic technical troubleshooting
Identify and escalate issues to the proper manager in a timely manner




Required Minimum Education and/or Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A 2-year degree preferred, especially in a business-related field (accounting, sales, marketing, or similar)
1-year previous work experience in a related field preferred
Some experience with direct customer interaction, over the phone and in writing
Some experience working with varied technology

NetSuite experience a plus: with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
