About the Role We are seeking an experienced Order Builder Loader to join our team in our Remote office. As an Order Builder Loader, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers' stores are fully stocked with Coca-Cola products. Key Responsibilities Responsible for pulling orders based on pick ticket to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards Responsible for meeting productivity requirements Stage completed pallets in designated area Qualifications We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have: A High School diploma or equivalent At least 6 months of general work experience Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred Prior warehouse experience preferred Ability to repetitively lift up to 50lbs Ability to consistently kneel, squat, and reach above the head Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity requirements Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits We offer a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits to help you develop your skills and advance your career.
