Position Overview As a Principal Solutions Architect, you will be part of a dynamic team that solves complex customer challenges through the strategic integration of software and cloud technologies. Your role will be pivotal in understanding customer needs, both technical and strategic, and developing tailored solutions that exceed expectations. With a focus on long-term customer success, you will motivate and align internal goals to deliver outstanding results. This position requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise, technical evangelism, and exceptional communication and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Technical Excellence: Demonstrate a strong background in cloud technologies and the ability to build scalable architectures, ensuring technical excellence in all solutions. Solution Design: Work closely with customers and team members to define project requirements and create detailed solution designs that meet customer objectives. Leadership and Guidance: Provide guidance and direction throughout the development process, ensuring that solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently. Community Engagement: Capture and share best practices with peers, contribute to internal and external technical content, and participate in evangelist and workshop activities to grow the community. Customer Success: Drive long-term customer success through relentless commitment and strategic planning, ensuring that solutions meet both current and future customer needs. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Education: A BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably as a Solutions Architect or in a similar position. Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including expertise in at least one major cloud platform and familiarity with a variety of technical platforms and architectures. Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Oracle Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle technologies and solutions. Cloud Certifications: Certifications in major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Industry Experience: Experience working in industries related to cloud technologies, software development, or customer success. Technical Content Creation: Experience in creating technical content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, or presentations.
