Key Responsibilities In this critical role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing operational objectives, projects, intake processes, governance, and facilitating prioritization discussions Leading a team of professionals responsible for project and program management Developing and managing roadmaps among cross-functional teams, as well as interrelated and independent application and/or infrastructure changes Tracking and reporting on program achievements, driving execution for timely, on-scope delivery, and managing resourcing and budgets for projects and programs Ensuring high standards and consistency for the Oracle customer experience Recommending process improvements and serving as a customer concern point for all issues and questions associated with a project or program Ensuring that resource requirements needed to support a particular project are in place for all projects Providing ongoing written and verbal status updates to senior leadership Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A strong background in project and program management, preferably in the healthcare technology sector Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects and programs Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and people management skills A detailed understanding of software implementation projects and related methodologies Strong influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to gain acceptance of others and hold them accountable in sensitive situations A passion for technology and healthcare, with a proactive, organized, and accountable approach to work Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with Oracle Health, Cerner, or ITWorks solutions A certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2 A degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or healthcare administration Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities A strong understanding of business risk management and mitigation strategies Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong business acumen, with a understanding of the healthcare technology sector and the needs of Oracle's clients Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Oracle, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
