As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving success through your expertise in Oracle CC&B, testing, and automation. Your experience in the utilities industry, particularly in energy, gas, and services, will be invaluable in understanding our customers' needs and delivering tailored solutions. **Key Responsibilities** As an Oracle CC&B Functional Lead, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing expert guidance and support on Oracle CC&B, including configuration, testing, and upgrades * Developing and implementing effective testing strategies, including test design, execution, and defect management * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with 3rd party applications * Analyzing and resolving complex customer care and billing issues * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Oracle CC&B and customer care **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * At least 10 years of experience in functional and testing roles, with a strong focus on Oracle CC&B * In-depth knowledge of Oracle CC&B, including modules such as billing, rates, budget and payment plans, payments, adjustments, financial transactions, device management, meter reads, field works, credit and collections * Experience in testing, including automation testing and STLC processes (test strategizing, test design, execution, defect management, tracking, and reporting) * Strong expertise in Oracle CC&B application, including 3rd party app integration * Experience in the utilities industry, particularly in energy, gas, and services * Excellent communication and customer interaction skills **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience in CC&B upgrades and configuration and support of Oracle Customer Care and Billing system * Strong knowledge of STLC processes and test automation tools * Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including Oracle CC&B, testing, and automation **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your career growth and development.
