Key Responsibilities Build rapport with customers and provide them with personalized insurance quotes and advice on coverage options. Convert quotes into new policies using your persuasion and sales skills. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Effectively communicate with customers verbally and in writing, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional manner. Meet sales targets and earn additional monthly sales incentives once trained. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Solid computer and multi-tasking skills. Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior sales experience, although not required, is considered a plus. A strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including sales, customer service, and communication.
