Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to support the SVP&CRO, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and goals. Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to the SVP&CRO, providing expert guidance and recommendations on complex business issues. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business-impacting initiatives, analyzing results and providing regular updates to senior leadership. Manage large-scale projects, including multiple work streams and stakeholders, to drive successful outcomes. Coordinate daily operations for the SVP&CRO's office, regulating and directing movements of all types, and acting as a liaison with direct and indirect reports. Develop and maintain positive client relationships, assessing needs, identifying requirements, and designing effective projects that enhance business operations and culture. Advance communication and collaboration between the SVP&CRO and their teams, ensuring seamless information flow and alignment. Travel up to 25% for business meetings, conferences, and project-related activities. What We're Looking For Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or at least four years of work experience. At least six years of relevant work experience, including leadership and management roles. Proven experience in sales, operations, marketing, or business analysis. Strong project management skills, with experience managing large-scale projects and multiple stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create effective presentations and reports. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and influence teams to achieve results. Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree (preferably in project management). Certifications in PMP and/or MSP. Experience working closely with senior leaders and executives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
