Your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring efficiency in tasks through consistent professional development and training efforts. * Creating flight schedules for international and domestic flights. * Staying up-to-date with flight plans and other informative data tables for city pairs served by arenaflex and its partners. * Reviewing and updating NOTAMs for their impact on arenaflex flight operations. * Obtaining overflight permits for general or delayed flights as needed. * Screening and providing offload fix change data to arenaflex and nearby partners. * Providing interface support within and outside the organization as needed. * The role will continue to evolve, with a focus on supporting the new guidelines-based flight scheduling framework. **Essential Qualifications and Experience** * High school diploma or GED equivalency. * 3 years of recent experience working in a flight operations environment for an airline, large corporation, or military organization, or directly supporting an operational data system. **Preferred Qualifications and Experience** * Current certification as a pilot with an FAA Flight Dispatcher permit or military equivalent. * Associate degree or higher in Science, Air Transportation, or Computer Science, or relevant experience. * Experience with informative record systems. * Knowledge of flight scheduling or critical-path method techniques. * Experience with EUROCONTROL IFPS, CFMU, and RAD. * Experience with ICAO NOTAM and government aeronautical publications. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
