Key Responsibilities and Expectations As an Operations Manager Trainee, you will have the opportunity to rotate through key operational areas, including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service. After completing the eight-week training, you will transition into a supervisory role, overseeing one or more of the daily operations and sales functions to ensure maximization of fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee management.
