Job Overview The Operations Intake Coordinator will play a critical role in our Data Entry Team, responsible for receiving, distributing, and processing incoming and outgoing documents in an efficient and timely manner. This is a 100% in-office position located at 1350 Air Park Drive, Farmington, MO, where you will work closely with our team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all required document types. Key Responsibilities Process all documents within the required workflow system, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all required document types. Open, sort, and prepare incoming documents, maintaining appropriate records, files, and processing documentation. Image incoming paper documents, entering pertinent claims information from source documents, and performing data entry and validation as applicable. Communicate findings and update WorkFront as applicable, working independently and without direct supervision while adhering to strict deadlines. Meet established department production and quality standards, assisting team members in other areas (in-office or remote) to align with business needs. Perform other responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Education and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, with production-related experience preferred. You must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information, frequently lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for intermittent periods of time. Shift work can be daytime, evening, or overnight depending on the role, with mandatory overtime (in-office or remote) as business needs require. You must be able to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays (in-office or remote) based on business needs. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Production-related experience preferred Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality with sensitive information Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and stand for intermittent periods of time Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays as business needs require Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data entry software and workflow systems Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Attention to detail : Accurately process and enter data, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
