About the Role In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for delivering "wow" customer service to our clients and colleagues, handling prescription approvals for veterinary medication, and ensuring seamless data entry processes. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with veterinary facilities, resolve client issues, and provide timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Connect directly with veterinary facilities to coordinate prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests Analyze and troubleshoot to determine suitable solutions for clients and center partners, and follow up as necessary to resolve issues Complete data entry of medications into blithequark's healthcare software Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders Work with empathy, attention, patience, compassion, and kindness to clients and partners alike Communicate with veterinary facilities via phone (and occasionally other channels as needed) on various subjects, primarily using our internal program and systems to navigate solutions and record center note accounts Expect a significant portion of the typical business day to be outbound veterinary facility/client phone contacts Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional relational skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities. You should be capable of multitasking, working with ownership, and being a self-starter with attention to detail. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook is essential. You should also have a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable. Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change according to the business needs of the organization Flexibility to adjust schedule and work overtime as needed by the specialty unit Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information Ability to pass a background check Prior experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field is highly desirable Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and veterinary facilities. You should be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
