**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Web Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms, collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, and utilizing project management skills to prioritize and organize chat inquiries effectively.

**Responsibilities**

- Engage with customers through online chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while multitasking and managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online platforms
- Utilize project management skills to prioritize and organize chat inquiries effectively
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the online chat process and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
