**Primary Responsibilities**

As an Online Web Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing outstanding support via online chat to customers, addressing their inquiries related to our products, services, policies, and promotions promptly and professionally.
* Actively listening and responding to customers with a focus on problem resolution, ensuring a positive experience while maintaining brand integrity.
* Guiding customers through their journey by offering information, troubleshooting assistance, and recommendations based on their needs.
* Maintaining thorough knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and company policies to deliver accurate and timely information to customers.
* Documenting all customer interactions and feedback in our internal systems to help identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a smooth transition of information where necessary.
* Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, technical skills, and customer service strategies.
* Supporting ongoing functionality and improvement of the chat platform, providing recommendations based on user experience and feedback.
* Taking initiative in managing daily tasks, prioritizing urgent queries while ensuring all customers are attended to promptly.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or online support role.
* Proven experience in an online chat environment is highly desirable.
* Strong written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
* Confident and reliable individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
* Demonstrable experience in project management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines collaboratively.
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and chat tools.
