Key Responsibilities: Accurately type and transcribe documents, including reports, emails, and other correspondence, to a high standard of quality and accuracy. Proofread and edit documents as needed to ensure error-free and polished final products. Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work consistently, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide updates, and address any issues that may arise. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, adhering to our company's data protection policies and procedures. Requirements To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following essential requirements: Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and other typing software, including transcription tools and platforms. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with minimal supervision and guidance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and other stakeholders. Reliable and consistent internet connectivity, with a suitable workspace and equipment to perform the job requirements. In addition to the essential requirements, we prefer candidates with: Previous experience in transcription, typing, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work. Familiarity with transcription software and platforms, such as FTW Transcriber, Express Scribe, or Otter. Knowledge of style guides, such as APA, MLA, or Chicago, and the ability to apply them consistently. A degree or certification in a related field, such as English, Linguistics, or Communications.
