Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in education, counseling, psychology, or a related field, as well as proven experience in advising or mentoring students, preferably in an online or remote setting. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for fostering positive relationships and building trust with students, faculty, and staff.
