Job Overview As an Online Sales Specialist at Nexspire, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to drive online sales growth, analyzing data to identify opportunities for optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive online sales growth, aligning with the company's overall business objectives Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, using tools such as Google Analytics to inform decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales strategies Develop and manage partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building Monitor and analyze competitor activity and industry trends, using this information to inform strategy and stay ahead of the competition Work with customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, providing feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement Develop and maintain sales reports to track progress towards goals, using data to identify areas for optimization and improvement Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a strong foundation in ecommerce and online sales 5+ years of experience in online sales or ecommerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth and optimizing sales strategies Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive business outcomes Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners Experience managing partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels, with a strong understanding of the online sales ecosystem Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools, with the ability to use data to drive business decisions Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a strong foundation in ecommerce and online sales 7+ years of experience in online sales or ecommerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth and optimizing sales strategies Experience working with remote teams, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote work Proficiency in additional data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau, with the ability to use data to drive business decisions Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strategic thinking : the ability to develop and execute a strategic plan to drive online sales growth Data analysis : the ability to analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization Communication : excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners Problem-solving : the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive business outcomes Time management : the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Worklio, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
