Utilize customer service software and Microsoft Office tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues effectively. Essential Qualifications Previous customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce or online retail environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home. Familiarity with arenaflex's platform and policies, or the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
