**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Online Customer Chat Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our support services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including online chat, email, and phone.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Provide excellent customer service**: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support in a timely and efficient manner.
* **Monitor and respond to customer inquiries**: Ensure that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
* **Solve customer problems and resolve issues**: Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.
* **Upsell and cross-sell products and services**: Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services to customers.
* **Track and report customer interactions**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reports to management.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* **High school diploma or equivalent**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**: Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
* **Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, PLM, SAP basis)**: Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, PLM, and SAP basis, is required.
* **Experience in customer support**: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support is preferred.
* **Ability to work independently and as part of a team**: Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
* **Strong problem-solving skills**: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* **Bachelor's degree in a related field**: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or communications, is preferred.
