You will be supported and supervised by our Academic Dean, Program Director, and/or Campus Director, ensuring that you have the resources needed to excel in your role. Key Responsibilities Teaching and Learning: Facilitate engaging and interactive online classes that foster student learning and mastery of course materials. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of curriculum and course syllabi to ensure they remain relevant and effective. Student Support: Provide individualized support to students, offering guidance and feedback to help them achieve their academic goals. Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and implement assessments to evaluate student learning outcomes, using data to inform teaching practices and improve student success. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, develop new courses, and enhance the overall educational experience. Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this role, you should possess a Master's Degree in Communications, Speech, or a related field; or a Master's Degree in another area with 18+ graduate hours in Communications or Speech. While teaching experience is not mandatory, expertise in your field and a passion for education are essential. Essential Qualifications A Master's Degree in the teaching area or a related field. 18+ graduate hours in the teaching area if the Master's Degree is in another field. Expertise in Communications and Speech, with the ability to teach a range of courses in these areas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Teaching experience, particularly in an online environment. Familiarity with learning management systems and online educational technologies. Experience in curriculum development and assessment. A strong commitment to student-centered education and a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
