* Create relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
* Work collaboratively with the Online Chat Manager to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**What You'll Need**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
